Crepes
Amazing! I have always wanted to make crepes but thought they had to be difficult. When I saw this recipe it seemed so easy. I watched a you tube video on it and then attempted my crepes. Wow....easy and delicious! My partner was amazed! Will make again and again. Maybe will try butter next time.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
These are great! I added vanilla and another 1/4 cup of milk, (batter was thick) otherwise made as is. very good. Keeper! I warmed milk, added melted butter to it then tempered in the egg, then added to dry inger.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I
Very good! I used 4 cups of chicken broth (had no beef) Not sure 1 1/2 cups would have been enough? Added sweet potato, garlic powder and onion powder. I also added 1 tbls of organic soup base. Cooked on high 9 hours, I think 8 would have been perfect. served with homemade rosemarry bread! Yum!
