Peach Pie

Wow! I absolutely flipped over this pie! It was very simple to make, and absolutely delicious! I followed the advice of those before me and used a hotter oven and allowed it to set a bit there before allowing it to cool. I also split the white sugar with brown, and added a touch of cinnamon. Perfect! Thank you!
