Ricotta Cake
I followed this recipe to the T and it was a disaster. The ricotta mixture was way too thin and the cake never got done!

Chicken Breast Stuffed with Spinach Blue Cheese and Bacon
I made these for a small dinner party and they were a HUGE hit!! The flavors are fantastic especially with the blue cheese!
