Lemon Tilapia and Pasta

Pan Seared Lemon Tilapia with Parmesan Pasta
For me, this recipe was quick and easy (only took 10 mins from prep to eating!) but nothing to write home about, however my husband RAVED about it and called it restaurant quality. I omitted the cilantro and got the pan oil really hot before I added the fish, which gave the tilapia a really nice blackened look. I will definitely make this recipe again, but I'll keep tweaking it.

World's Best Scones! From Scotland to the Savoy to the U.S.
Very nice scones. When eaten plain, noticed a slightly odd baking powder taste, but I don't think it would be noticeable with jam/butter/cream. Next time I'll use 3tsp instead of 4, but overall, great recipe - these are yummy!

Holy Smoked Bacon and Mushroom Penne
I had high hopes for this recipe based on the other reviews, but for some reason it just didn't work for me. The 3 cups of broth took FOREVER to boil off, even on the highest setting, and I ended up with very watery tasting pasta, mushrooms & bacon. I followed the recipe exactly but wont' be making this again.
