Potato Soup with Fish and Cheese
easy to make, perfect for a cold night. We didn't even use the fish and it still turned out great.

John's Flammekueche
looked at suggestions and still had some problems with the sauce being too thin. We ended up with a big mess. Still very tasty!

Three Cheese Spaghetti Pie
Although a throughly enjoyable meal, even with the vegatarian substutions that I made, the recipe itself was a bit confusing and there seemed to be a need for more garlic and rosemary flavoring.
