Married with no children. Way too much spare time to experiment in the kitchen. I love going out to eat good tex-mex, sushi, and chinese food. I find myself always browsing Allrecipes when I'm hungry...I don't recommend that! Grilling meats and seafood, big hearty breakfasts, fresh veggies. Pretty chicken marinade! My husband loved chicken and I hated how plain and flavorless it was compared to other meats, so I just started throwing things together and came up with this recipe. We have never found another chicken that tasted better than this! Tried to make Mongolian Beef (love it at PF Cheng's) and ended up with beef jerky.
