Baked Pork Chimichangas

I changed this recipe a lot..first I used ground turkey, sauteed onions and peppers and put that with cheddar and rolled them up. Place on baking sheet and sprayed with pam well. Baked and they were GREAT!

S'mores Crumb Bars

Yummy! I improvised w7ith what I had...pre made/store bought graham cracker crust, threw big mallows in with dark choc, butterscotch, and milk chocolate chips. Baked until mallows were nice and brown. Hard to cut but soooo good. I think it would have been too sweet without the dark chocolate.

Orange Rosemary Chicken

The only reason I'm giving it 1 star is for the juicy chicken it produced. I boiled the sauce and it tasted horrible. Thank goodness the chicken didn't taste like it even after marinading 24 hours.

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

Very good, I cut my chicken into strips, sprinkled with chili pwd and sauteed. When I flipped them I poured in the vinegar, sugar, half a lemon, and a drop of honey and oregano. It was very good and my bf said the chicken was very tender.

Emma's Belgian Waffles

Very good and crispy. I used flour and b.powder. The trick with my cuisinart nonstick iron was to NOT spray or grease it. When I did the waffles were not crisp on the outside. Reheated the next mroning and they were very good!

I agree with the previous reviewer. These were very messy and would not come off the iron. I greased it well too. I gave up and made drop cokkies out of them. I will not make them again.

Chicken Marsala

This is a great starter recipe! I used dry marsala wine and 1 c of chicken broth-no sherry! Added sliced onions too and served over mashed potatoes. It is sooo good! Must try. I have never had chicken marsala before, this was my first time ever eating it.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

These were very good, I usually stick with my original sugar cookie recipe every year but decided to try this one. I added almond extract as well and vanilla extract with crushed vanilla beans. The cookies are great and it's a nice addition to see the real vanilla!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Absolutely wonderful, my boyfriend loved it. I baked it all in a 350 degree oven for about 30-35 minutes (fish was frozen) and then stuck it under the broiler. Definitely will make again!
