Five Ingredient Ice Cream
Awesome recipe. I omitted the vanilla, added peppermint extract, crashed semi-sweet baking chocolate and a couple dashes of green food coloring. Silky smooth and not icy at all!

Buttermilk Cinnamon Bread
Wow, really yummy bread with a moist fluffy texture. I followed the directions exactly and will only change one thing next time- use 3/4 of the sugar/cinnamon in the bread and only a 1/4 of it for the tops. I froze one loaf so I will comment later on how it fares,

Coconut Pumpkin Nut Bread
PERFECT! Flavor is scipy and slightly exotic due to thecoconut milk. I omitted the coconut shavings (I personally don't like them), but followed the rest of the recipe. I encourage all to try this at least once!
