Hi, I'm 17 this year and first started cooking and baking at the age of 13. Started off terribly, but am now quite fantastic in the kitchen. Used to have my own online business selling french macarons and entremets but have now shut that down since I plan on making it big time.
I was supposed to attend Le Cordon Bleu this year but that has been delayed. I'm just praying that I'll eventually get to go there.
