Awesome even without the souring of the milk!

Sesame Crusted Mahi Mahi with Soy Shiso Ginger Butter Sauce
Great! I cut down on the butter to make it a bit heathier and I do not think the taste was compromised. Also, next time I will not salt the fish as I found it too salty.

Candied Carrots
Simply amazing! I let it simmer for about 5 minutes longer than suggested. Really great recipie. My husband could not believe he was eating carrots!
