Next time I make these, I will reduce the baking powder to 3/4 t and the salt to a scant teaspoon. These came out pretty and more cake like. I baked exactly to specs and let them cool 20 minutes before removing. No brown bottoms...the part I don't like about cc cookies. If you use unsalted butter, then go ahead with the full teaspoon of salt. Better than toll house

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin

This recipe is the bomb!!! I'm making this for a third time for dinner tonight. Great dish for newbies, but I'm no newbie and I can't stop eating this...I added frozen pearl onions to the veggies. Don't hestitate to make this dish. Thanks for the great recipe

Garlic Chicken

this is a real treat and so so easy. I've made this with butter instead of oil and Cheddar instead of Parm...but this worked great for me on chicken strips for a really fast meal. A little bbq sauce and my boy ate it right up!

Eureka....! Not many times you can find an easy receipe that gives you that great homey taste that mom used to make. I give this one 5 stars. I'm about to put whipped cream on my third peice!! yum

I found this sort of thick...so I added 3 T of milk and 1/3 cup of sugar...very good and came out very nice color....not deep brown but light crispy brown.

White Wedding Cake

This was not what I expected. The cake was dry and dense and the flavor was missing the rich flavor of wedding cake. To make it worse I used wedding cake icing on this website and had made a better crisco icing before. The orange extract should be cut in half and maybe I would use buttermilk next time.
