This is a great recipe. Nice and crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Very easy too.

This is the best rice pudding recipe that I have tried and I have tried a lot. My mom loves rice pudding and she told me this was the best she has ever tasted. I omitted the butter and vanilla by accident one time and it was still good. You can also add 1 tsp cinnamon to the actual pudding in addition to sprinkling it on top for added flavor. It is awesome!!
