Salmon with Brown Sugar and Bourbon Glaze
This was a bit too sweet for my taste. It overpowered the salmon. It may be better if done with chicken. I will try that next.

O'Brian's Potato Casserole
I first tasted this an office party. It was sooo good and golden brown. I serve it with fried catfish fillets and green beans. Delicious!

Authentic German Potato Salad
This recipe was so good that I "sampled" half of it while making it. I could not stop "tasting" it. I will have to make this again just so my family can enjoy equal portions.
