About this Cook
Married, no kids...yet:) I Love my job, and am enjoying life. I especially love having friends and family over for dinner and dessert...all the time because they know they're always welcome!
My favorite things to cook
Greek (they invented the best potatoes and rice ever) and I'm always looking for fun new appetizers to serve
My favorite family cooking traditions
My favorite family cooking traditions Cold easter dinners (ham and cutletin). Turkey at thanksgiving and at Christmas
My cooking triumphs
I love to have friends in for ethnic cuisine. It's our new birthday dinner tradition!
My cooking tragedies
I'm a terrible BAKER. I don't eat sweets so I find I don't have the knack for 'knowing what it should look like.' I always screw it up which me and my husband both find hilarious. I have recently discovered the joy of bought-en or NO BAKE desserts!

Apple Raisin French Toast Strata
This meal is such a hit, and it makes the 'morning of' so simple. It's an easy way to feed a lot of people. I personally like more apples, and you don't need quite as much cream cheese as it calls for. But however you do it, it will be delicious!

Florentine Artichoke Dip
I have tried all sorts of artichoke dips but this is the BEST that I've found (It tastes a bit like the spin-art Earls Restaurant serves). I added a bit of salsa to it...because I like tomato. Make sure to soften the cream cheese first!
