Warm Blue Cheese Dip with Garlic and Bacon

I made this for a cocktail party and added a handful of chopped walnuts for more texture. everyone loved it, especially with wheat thins. It's very rich and filling, so alittle goes a long way.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

This is one of my favorite dips. I do make some slight changes - I use chicken breasts instead of canned and bleu cheese instead of ranch. It's delicious and addictive!

I so wanted these to work! Prepared as directed - i froze the sticks for 30 minutes as well, but all of the cheese oozed out. I guess cheese sticks were not made to be lightened. I will fry them next time.

Cookie Press Shortbread

This is a very good and easy recipe. Keep in mind it's shortbread, not the standard sugar cookie - some of my guests expected a different texture. These are light, buttery, and wonderful with a cup of tea!

Hot Pizza Dip

This is so delicious and couldn't be easier! I made it for a party and everyone wanted the recipe. Next time I'll double the recipe since it went so quickly.
