I'm a college student at the University of Florida. I started cooking in high school, mostly baking and bringing food to school for friends. Now I'm carrying on my mom's good-cookin torch! I love love love to bake, but that's probably because I have a mean sweet tooth. I pretty much love to cook everything, but I HATE doing the dishes! Sweet bun easter bunnies with little raisen eyes! :) Baklava, Indian food, and most anything else I try my hand at. I was sprinkling a finishing touch of cloves on a pan of baklava fresh out of the oven and the lid fell off of the cloves and BOMBED my poor baklava. I was so upset that to this day if I bite into a whole clove it nauseates me.
