Chicken Encilantrada
We like heat, so I added 2 jalapeno peppers to the onions and seasoned the chicken with cumin, chili powder and cayenne powder before cooking. Great recipe! Thanks!!!

Too mushy for my taste.

Best Beef and Broccoli
It was okay. My kids wouldn't eat it beacuse the sauce turned out to be a pukey green color. I thought the broccoli soup was a little over powering. I won't make this again.
