This has t be the best cookie recipes I have tried in a long time. The cookies came out so moist and chewy. I couldn't find peanut butter chips, so I substitured the chocolate peanut butter swirl chips, and it the perfect amount of peanut butter flavor. I baked these for 9 minutes and they came out perfect. I made my cookies into 1" balls, and it made about 4 dozen cookies. I think I ate a dozen all by myself!

This was a great dish. I served it with black beans and rice and it was a hit. Even the picky kids ate this one! I think this one will be in our regular rotation.

Very easy to make when you are in a pinch. I was baking brownies and forgot to buy frosting. I found this recipe and made it and was very happy with the results.
