I have a passion for cooking and collecting recipes since years ago, when I started helping my dear Mom in the kitchen and taking Cooking and Baking classes before we got married years ago. I like to cook all kind of food and desserts, from quick easy to some grade of difficulty, and also International food. My favorite family cooking traditions are during Christmas Time when we prepare the delicious Tamales. are always when my husband and family tell me that they love my cooking and leave their plates empty. And they know perfectly that the main ingredient in my cooking is: "LOVE". When I want to cook something fast and it is not ready when my family arrives.
