We loved this recipe! As for tweeking, I used the whole bag (2 lbs.) of tortellini from Schwan's, layered 1/2 in a casserole covered it with 1/2 the sauce and repeated the sequence then covered it with cheese and baked it for 30 minutes at 350. Will definitely make this again.

Peppermint Meringue Cookies

This recipe absolutely rocks! This was my first try at meringue cookies and with this recipe, it won't be my last! Easy to do and makes a lot. Tweaked the second batch and made chocolate with Andes pieces and they turned out just as well!

Raspberry Spinach Salad

WOW! is the first word that comes to mind. We added extra almonds and croutons (didn't actually measure - just dumped) and it was the first salad gone at the potluck.

Banana Slush Punch

Made this punch for my daughter's graduation a few years ago. Everyone raved over it. We also make the adult version for the summer by adding coconut flavored rum - approx. 3 cups - and decreasing the water. Bring on the heat!

Easy Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce

Love this recipe! I doubled it and used 1 pound of venison (all I had in the house) and 1 pound of mild Italian sausage. The whole family raved! Will definitely use this one again. Thanks!

Baked Spaghetti Squash with Beef and Veggies

Wow! Wonderful dish. Did some tweaking to work with what I had in the house. We used 1 pound of venison and 1 pound of mild Italian sausage and doubled the tomatoes. I also added mushrooms and some chopped zucchini. We will definitely make this one again!

Gramma's Apple Bread Pudding

Absolutely loved this recipe! Have made it several times and the neighbors have also asked for the recipe. I did cook the vanilla sauce longer and it thickened up. Delicious anyway it is served.

Hot Chocolate Mix II
