Turned out perfect! Was my 1st time making it, (besides in high school Homec!) and I was very pleased. I got lots of compliments from people that have tried making it before. Just be sure to watch it carefully or it will get too dark and get a burnt taste. My 1st batch had a little burnt taste. Second batch had a beautiful color and taste.

Pretzel Turtles

Tasty and simple to make! Instead of using nuts on all of them, I put another pretzel on top of the choc. piece.

Yummy Roll Ups

These are such a simple snack and always a big hit. Use good dill spears and pat them dry for best results. Also, tell the deli what you need the cooked ham for and they'll cut it perfectly. Too thin and it just tears.

Chicken Enchilada Soup III

Pretty good as a base recipe. Next time I'll add something to spice it up. Quite thick and a bit gritty when reheated the next day.

Baked Mashed Potatoes

These potatoes rock! My husband and I love them and make them all the time. Works out great when he grills some meat b/c I can make this ahead of time, then throw it in the oven for an hour and hang out with him by the grill!

Beef Tips and Noodles

Very tasty! I cut back on the beef and onion soup based on suggestions and it was great. Not too salty. Next time I will double the amount of sauce. Had way too many noodles left!

Paul's Pumpkin Bars

Very tasty and easy to make! I added 1/2 tsp. ginger and 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice to spice it up a bit more. Gave it a 4 because it was more like cake than bars. Will make again though.

Cheesiest Potato Soup

Very flavorful soup. Easy soup to adjust to make your own. I added bacon, celery, and a carrot. Recommend skipping the salt until you taste it. Will make again.

Angel's Chunky Chicken Salad

First time I ever made chicken salad and it was very easy to make and tasty. Dill pickles were a great touch. I did add more mayo and thought there was a bit too much celery in it though.
