Italian Roast Beef I
I eliminated the salt and the recipe was delicious. The broth had enough sodium and the spices made the recipe flavorful. It isn't bland for those who like flavor, but not salt.

Ham and Bean Soup
Perfect recipe because I didn't have time to soak the beans overnight. I used ham hocks for great flavored broth, 1 can of tomatoes and eliminated the spices with heat for a traditional tasting bean soup that wasn't mushy and looked appetizing. Will keep this as my standard preparation method for dried beans.

Bacon Wrapped Shrimp
After experimenting our favorite method is raw peeled & deveined shrimp with 1/2 a strip of bacon on toothpicks, grilled or broiled in the oven until the bacon is done. Do monitor them closely to prevent charred bacon. Then brush on Famous Dave's Rich & Sassy BBQ and finish off with one more minute on the grill to cook the sauce onto the bacon. Your guests will never guess it's bbq sauce.
