Happily married x 15 years. 4 very energetic children (2 boys and 2 girls) I love trying new recipes, recreating authentic Korean cooking (my mom is Korean), and making desserts. My husband accuses me of trying to make him fat!!!! Superbowl Sunday is the traditional Yaki Mandu day. Yaki mandu is a korean dumpling, much like the chinese potsticker. This is the day my daughter (13 year old and complaining for the entire time) and I make approx 250-300 mandu and deep fry them into crispy heaven. My husband does not like to share even though there is enough for a small army. Ugh, some things need to stay in the closet.
