The crust is delicous and the macadamia nuts are a great. The only problem I had was they wouldn't set so I put them in the freezer. Looking at the feedback I realized I did not adjust the flour to the extra lemon juice. I used the juice of one lemon. With that much lemon juice maybe I should of added corn starch.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Very dry dough. I rolled several raquet ball size balls and gave it to the kids to press down flat, use the rolling pin, then use the cookie cutter. It did work very well with toddlers. They also, used a bowl full of sprinkles that they pressed the cookies into. Homemade Sugar Cookies are not my favorite and tend to taste all the same to me, but the kids liked them.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

I did not like this at all. I love regular Stuffing and was sorry I didn't make some for backup for Thanksgiving, because stuffing is my favorite dish and I threw this stuff out.

Pecan Pie IV

Tastes like typical good corn syrup Pecan Pie. I stried doing the muffin pan suggesion and I did not have much luck with that.

Macadamia Nut Cookies

Very Yummy. I wouldn't recommend freezing the dough, the cookies lose some of the yummy taste. I also, rolled the cookie balls in powdered sugar to make the cookies a little more puffier.

Powdered Sugar Cookies I

Tasted good for Sugar Cookies. Followed the recipe, but had to add about 1 1/4 cup more flour and roll in powdered sugar while we used the cookie cutters. Not the recipe I would recommend for using the cookie cutters unless you only use the round/cup cutter. These cookies also, spread so make sure you give them plenty of room. Baking time was a min. of 10 minutes.

Pumpkin Puree

Worked great. I had to double the time. The sugar pumpkin should have a weight on it on the recipe so that you will have an idea how much time it would take to bake.

Mini Pumpkin Whoopie Pies

The pumpkin cookies themselves are very cake like and good. The cream cheese filling is to overpowering. If I didn't taste the cookies by themselves I wouldn't know that I even liked them.

Zucchini Bars

Did not like these at all. I cut them up thinking it was like a bar as the title lists and brought it to work not looking good. I thought I would frost them when I got them there and ended up just throwing it away. Even with the my favorite frosting- I did not like it.

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Very good. I made with a pie pan and big muffin pan with a Oreo Cookie on the bottom of the muffin pan. I didn't have anything to sift the seeds so I left them in. Still very tasty- just not as pretty as it should be if it was made with the correct pan. Thanks for the recipe!
