Macadamia Lemon Bars
The crust is delicous and the macadamia nuts are a great. The only problem I had was they wouldn't set so I put them in the freezer. Looking at the feedback I realized I did not adjust the flour to the extra lemon juice. I used the juice of one lemon. With that much lemon juice maybe I should of added corn starch.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
Very dry dough. I rolled several raquet ball size balls and gave it to the kids to press down flat, use the rolling pin, then use the cookie cutter. It did work very well with toddlers. They also, used a bowl full of sprinkles that they pressed the cookies into. Homemade Sugar Cookies are not my favorite and tend to taste all the same to me, but the kids liked them.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
I did not like this at all. I love regular Stuffing and was sorry I didn't make some for backup for Thanksgiving, because stuffing is my favorite dish and I threw this stuff out.
