I am not a big pork chop fan, but had picked some thin p. chops up at the store because they were on sale. This recipe worked fine for us, not an all time favorite meal, but I will be using this recipe for pork chops from here on out. I added mushrooms and green pepper along with the onions though. And I didn't have a full hour to let it simmer, but it tasted good. I also didn't have a bay leaf, so I used sweet basil. So good job Clyde!
