About this Cook
I am a graduate student at UCCS,CO and a stay-at-home mom. My DH is a firefighter at USAFA and we have 3 kids.
My favorite things to cook
We have some home favorites such as lasagna soup, fajitas, stir-fry, triple layered choc cake.
My cooking triumphs
I finally found a meatloaf that we all like.
My cooking tragedies
I can't seem to do cookies well, I like them light and fluffy, and mine turn out hard and flat.

Chicken Danielle
Good recipe and easy to do. In all honesty, we only did this one because my DD name is Danielle. However, it was good and will do it again. I added a touch of EVOO and garlic/cheese to the linguine before tossing it with the chicken.

Brown Sugar Smokies
A little piece of heaven... A fellow SPED teacher makes these for our school events and I swear, we fight over them. We each claim that we could devore the whole lot alone! Skip the cake, chips and dip, and head for the lil smokies!! Oink..

Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole
Excellent and I packaged the rest for breakfast for the rest of the week. I am going to try skim milk and add spinach today in an effort to lighten the recipe. Thanks for the recipe!
