Awesome Honey Pecan Pork Chops

This was delicious!! Theres nothing negative i can say about this recipe. Loved the sweet/salty combo with the crunch of the pecans. This is a definite keeper!

Pork in Peanut Sauce

OMG this was waaay to salty! I always use low sodium soy and even then this was extremly salty. I guess it would have helped if i used low sodium chicken broth too. Needed more peanut butter and cornstarch to thicken it up a bit at the end. Will not make this again.

Easy Steak Sandwich

Seasoned it with montreal steak seasoning instead of salt/pepper along with the hot sauce. Very simple and dellcious. Love the addition of mushrooms. Will make again!

T's Sweet Potato Fries

This was the first time i made or even tried sweet potato fries. I thought they were awesome!!! I dont know if it was this particular recipe cause i think sweet potato fries seasoned differently would be just as amazing. I think i just LOVE sweet potato fries!! YUM!! I used both sweet potatoes and yams- yes there is a difference.(see pic) I think i prefer sweet potato(the white one) better than the yams(the orange one).Cant wait to make more. I will try different recipes just so i can compare.

Yummy Lemon Salmon Burgers

The lemon/mayo is what makes this salmon burger delicious! Not sure if it would be 5stars without it. I minced up fresh salmon (hate the canned stuff) but otherwise followed recipe. Will be making this again :)

Szechuan Beef

There is nothing Szechuan about this beef. This was more like very bland broccoli beef. 1 TBS of soy to marinade 1 lb. of beef!? REALLY?? After following recipe, i ended up having to add alot more soy and a bit of brown sugar to make it to my liking. This is one of my lowest ratings yet. Sorry but just way to bland if made as written.

Buttermilk Corn Bread

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

Easy-yes but not that flavorful. Followed direction/ cooking method exactly. it was ok but probably wont make again...or if i do i will marinade the chicken in some kind of marinade 1st.
