This was so good. After reading alot of reviews complaining that it was to soupy, i eliminated the broth completely with great results. Other than that i followed the recipe. I will definitely make this again.

Little Meat Loaves

Very good. Making meatloaf into prsonal size portions is very clever. The sauce was good but a little to sweet. Next time i will reduce the sugar. Will make again.

Shredded Beef Enchiladas

As written this is just average.As others have said this is missing sauce.It came out of the oven dry. Wont be making this one again. I like the traditional version better.

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

This could have been atleast 4 stars but the bottom of the chicken was very soggy. Perhaps it would be better if only the top of the chicken was breaded.Probably wont make this one again.

Cookies 'n Cream Cake

good but thought the frosting was a lil to sweet. My sis suggested i frost it with whip cream so i did that instead of using the frosting.

Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Spicy Chicken Spaghetti

Very different from the typical spaghetti i make but i really liked this one. The corn gives it a really nice texture. I will definitely keep this recipe on hand.

Nikujaga (Japanese-style meat and potatoes)

Overall it was pretty good but the measurements were way off. HAS to be a typo. 1/4lb of meat to serve 4??? I used a lil over 1lb and it even then it was swimming in the broth. After following the recipe, i added extra soy and sugar only because i thought the flavor was a little on the lite side. Overall good.** If you cant find dashi, beef broth/stock works just fine. My japanese mom happen to have some so i was able to get some from her.

Chipotle Shrimp Tacos

Soooo good!! I think i need to triple the amount of shrimp next time.I halved the recipe and i wish i hadnt.I used 1 lb. of large shrimp and it only made about 6 tacos or so.I will definitely make these again.

Banana Pudding Cake

So moist and delicious! Followed recipe exactly.Baked in a 9x13 cake pan and used 1/2 of the frosting recipe called for and found it to be plenty. Will make again.

Smoky Mountain Chipotle Chicken

OMG! This was sooooo good! I followed the recipe to the T and the sauce was amazingly good. I always rave about big als bbq sauce but this one was just as good. The perfect amount of spice,tang,and sweetness. The chicken, smothered in the bbq sauce, topped with grilled red onion,bacon and cheese... OMG, i cant say enough good things about this. I will serve this the next time i have company!

Broccoli with Poppy Seed Butter and Parmesan Cheese

This was just average. I found the poppyseed to be pointless in the dish. Couldnt see nor taste them at all. I think i prefer roasted broccoli over steamed so i will do that next time instead.

Pineapple Chicken Tenders

These came out way to sweet. I marinaded overnight and maybe that was the problem. It just tasted like sweet chicken. Couldnt taste the soy or pineapple for that matter.I may attempt this again and just marinade for a few hrs. Just ok.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

This was edible but nothing i would make again. This got alot of rave reviews but after reading closely,alot of the rave reviewers made lots of changes to recipe. I followed recipe (which i always do when making for 1st time) and found that it was not at all creamy, or cheesy enough. I also didnt enjoy the clumpy cottage cheese either. The best part was the panko/butter topping. Will not make again.
