This was good. The topping could use a lil work. it was really hard and almost crunchy. It was still good. I used 4 granny smiths and baked it in an 8x8 dish. It fit perfectly. Serving this with ice cream is a must!

Sunshine S'more Cupcakes

These are cupcakes from the box so of course they are good HOWEVER these were nothign like smores at all-hence the 3 stars. Not enough chocolate, cant taste the graham cracker crumbs and the fluff didnt work that well either. This is what i will do next time: Use chocolate mix, add a ton of coarsely chopped graham crackers to the mix, and add mini marshmallows and chocolate chips on top instead of the fluff.

Mini Pineapple Upside-Down Cakes

So easy, so delicious and so cute!! You will be 4 pineapples short if you just use the 2 cans recipe calls for. I just used the trimmings from the other pineapples to fill the other 4 cups. This is a keeper!!

Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic

This was the best!! Everyone loved it! I cut the recipe in half (small family) and baked in a 2qt-or was it 3qt casserole dish. The topping was great. I used 2 large yams and 2 large sweet potatoes. This is a keeper!

Cranberry Sauce

Hard to rate this one. I personally dont like cranberry sauce. Made this for thanksgiving dinner. My very honest sister said it was a lil bitter. I told her i used orange juice and she thought that maybe that caused the bitterness. Oh well. Guess i will give it a 4.

Beef Parmesan with Garlic Angel Hair Pasta

This was ok but i think i prefer chicken parmesan over beef. I followed the recipe exactly. My meat was a lil tough (no fault of the recipe of course) Overal just ok. Wont be making this again.

S'mores

Had to use what i had on hand, mini marshmallows and chocolate chips. Turned my oven to broil and held it right underneath the heat. It browned and melted in secs. So simply and delicious!! Will make these again for sure!!

Chile Pork

I should have followed my intuition and covered in foil but i followed the recipe as stated. End results: Extremly dry!! The flavor was fine but the dryness made this almost unedible. Im glad i cut the serving size in half. I wont be making this one again.

Pollo Fajitas

I followed the ingredients exactly but cooked my veggies under a broiler instead of in the pan. I like my peppers and onions with bit of a charred taste. The flavor of the chicken was good but different. Not exactly what your traditional fajitas taste like but still tasty. I let it sit overnight. I will probably make this again but possible grill the chicken instead.

Hot as Hell Hickory Beans

Hot as hell is and understatement!! But these beans have great flavor! I used a 4oz can of diced HOT jalapenos. Next time i will use mild or med. I cant believe the recipe calls for 7oz.!! This would be great served at a bbq. Will be making this again.

Pesto Cheesy Chicken Rolls

So good!! Next time i will sprinkle top with seasoned bread crumbs but other than that no changes needed. Pretty enough to serve to company and taste great too!

Spinach and Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

This was good-not great. Its very lite in flavor and kinda boring made as written. I did like the sun dried tomatoes and the spinach. Makes a nice side dish with grilled chicken .

Smothered Green Beans

YUM! This was great. I like others, cooked my bacon and onion, removed it and tossed at the very end. I also substituted broth for the water. I plan on making this for thanksgiving!
