About this Cook
Proud mom to 2 beautiful dogs.I cant help it i LOVE my dogs ;) I love cooking and baking and sharing my "experimental" meals with my family. is my favorite site. I spend alot of time on here searching new recipes and reading reviews.
My favorite things to cook
There isnt one specific thing that i like to cook. I like experimenting so i will cook just about anything. I love Asian foods (Japanese, Thai, Chinese)I like making pasta's and homemade pizza's. Making bread or dough in my bread machine is fun to! I also like grilling steak, chicken, kabobs, etc. Like i said i dont have a favorite..i love cooking just about anything =)
My favorite family cooking traditions
I dont really have a family cooking tradition other than all of us "kids" gathering at mom/dads house for Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner. She usually does the cooking though. We just eat =) I will definitely create memories and traditions around food when i start my own family!
My cooking triumphs
A cooking triumph for me is whenever someone raves about my cooking.
My cooking tragedies
It took a cooking tragedy for me to figure out what a bulb of garlic was. I thought a bulb was one(what i now know is CLOVE)of garlic. You can just imagine how my pasta dish turned out.

Mascarpone Stuffed French Toast with Peaches
This was very good. I used VERY thick Japanese white bread i get from a Japanese market. It makes great french toast. I just made a wide slit and stuffed with the mascarpone cheese. I kinda wish that the mascarpone stayed creamy instead of melting like butter. I think that would have been amazing. I think i will do what another reviewer did next time and make a slit, cook the french toast then stuff it. That would be amazing! That will probably make it a 5 star recipe.

Slider-Style Mini Burgers
This taste very similar to white castle burgers. So easy to make and so delicious. I will make this again for sure!!

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast
Very good but unless you like soggy, uncrisp bacon, i would recommend cutting the bacon in half and just placing it on top instead of wrapping it around the chicken. The bottom obviously did not crisp up.But other than that i thought it was very good. It was very pretty after being sliced.
