Linguine with Portobello Mushrooms
The flavors of this dish were simple and fresh. I made some changes though as some of the other reviews recommended. I used whole wheat linguini, 6 mushroom caps, 4 garlic cloves, 1/4 c. basil and 4T of olive oil. I also grated fresh parmesan cheese over each serving. Yum! I made this three times in two weeks - easy to make and reheats excellent in the microwave.

Busy Day Chicken Rice Casserole
This was just ok. I followed the recipe as is and it was way too salty and very heavy.

Spinach and Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta
Wonderful and very tasty. I used a bag of prewashed baby spinach for convenience and also used an extra garlic clove. I served with a nice crusty bread and salad. It was a hit with the whole family. This dish heats up nicely too.
