I am a young Christian (independant, fundamental Baptist) who is trying to be the wife and mother I should be. I have been cooking for a long time, but I still can't go without a good recipe! My favorite things to cook are whatever brings people the most pleasure to eat! I don't really enjoy the cooking part, but I love it when people ask for "seconds". I love to get together with friends and boil or fry LOTS of seafood! The first time I made Thanksgiving turkey and gravy without my mom helping me! (Well, she was on the phone with me most of the time, but that doesn't count!) My lowfat diet days (glad those are over)...we tried a dish that had pork, grapes, and apple cider vinegar in it. My family almost traded me in over that one!
