Sausage Cabbage Bake
This is really tasty. I pureed canned tomatoes instead of using tomato sauce. I also added a small chopped eggplant and garlic and sauteed with the sausage and onions. Finally, I added about 1/4 of water because it seemed dry when everything was assembled.
