Glazed Apple Cookies
These cookies tastes great! The only thing I would do is wait a little longer to glaze them. I also used butter instead of shortening and I ran out of brown sugar, so I used 1 cup of brown and 1/3 white sugar. But it was all still good!

Garlic Chicken Fried Chicken
This recipe is great. Simple and tasty! Loved it! I've made it a few times and it just gets better and better!

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins
This was a great recipe. I substituted applesauce for oil and used milk instead of yogurt as suggested. I also added more chocolate chips b/c I love chocolate! Will make again
