Green Grape Salad
A friend of mind recently served seedless green grape salad when she hosted a canasta party. It was so good that I asked for her recipe. Her recipe was the same as this one, except hers calls for three pounds of grapes instead of four. I made the recipe when I hosted a canasta party. My husband ate the small amount of left-over salad and declared it one of the best things he'd ever eaten.

Fruity Chicken Salad
I found this recipe through an ingredient search (of chicken and peaches in the salad section) and fixed this dish from ingredients on hand. I used frozen instead of canned peaches, almonds instead of pecans, Craisins instead of raisins, and macaroni instead of spiral pasta. The result was tasty, but the sweetness of raisins and canned peaches would have no doubt lessened the saltiness from the soy sauce. I will try it again with the recommended ingredients.

Mulligatawny Soup I
My husband grew up eating such dishes, and he said it was "spot on". He also asked me to save the recipe and use it often. Considering the results, it wasn't difficult to make, either. BTW, I loved it, too!
