Extreme Chocolate Cake
Really moist and delicious. Instead of a cake I made muffins. It makes 24 muffins, and they baked for 20 mins. I made as directed except I added 1 1/2 tsp of instant coffee to the boiling water. These were very good and I will make it again.

Gone with the Wind Cake
This tasted great. I like that I only had to use 3 eggs. I would recommend greasing the pan though. Mine stuck and I had to cut it into pieces to get it out of the pan, but it was delicious.
