Sweet Potato Souffle I
I used pecans instead of walnuts. This seriously is the best sweet potato recipe ever! I've made several others and no one raved like they did with this one. My mother was an excellent cook, and at Thanksgiving dinner my sister said that my sweet potatoes were even better than Mom's. Now that's a compliment!

Bacon Mushroom Swiss Meatloaf
I added a touch of A1 and a dash of Chulula to the mix--Awesome! I HATED meatloaf as a kid (the sweet syrupy ketchup topping kind...bleh!). I have never loved meatloaf more after this recipe. It was delicious!

Beer Cheese Dip II
I used velveeta instead of cheddar cheese because it blends better. Serve this Beer Cheese Dip with the Buttery Soft Pretzels from this site--but for the pretzel recipe, instead of disolving the yeast in water use the same BEER (warm) that you used for the dip! The combination of flavors in the beer dip and the beer pretzels can't be beat!! I've never seen an appetizer vanish quicker!!
