Baked Teriyaki Chicken
Made this recipe for a church potluck. Used all chicken legs (more kid friendly). Had approximately 38 chicken legs, and tripled the sauce recipe. The only thing I changed was used about 1/2 to 3/4 regular sugar it called for and added some brown sugar. Took the skin off of the legs, and basted them several times during cooking with sauce. Baked them in 3 pans and used convection. Had 2 pans of them in one oven and 1 in another. Took approximately 1 hour for all of them to cook, on convection. This was yummy and loved the sauce!
