Swiss Cheese 'n' Onion Quiche
Really good taste. I think it was a little too much cheese so you might be able to cut back to 1 1/2 cups - 1 2/3 cups of cheese. I also added spinach and ham. Beware....your stove will have part of the quiche baking at the bottom of it unless you put the pie pan on a cooking sheet.

Mini Cheesecakes III
The recipe was quick and good. Topped with strawberries and blueberries it was even better. The recipe calls for 1 rounded tablespoon graham cracker filling in each muffin cup and it should be 1 rounded tsp for each I believe.
