I've probably done more cooking than any gourmet chef, though I am yet to boil a lobster alive. I'm a stay at home mom, with a lot to be proud of. Though I have not figured out how to get the house to clean itself, my oven has a self clean button but I can't seem to find the one for the rest of my house. oh well. My Aunties famous Spicy Black bean soup. Lots of chopping, but I grab a little table put on a movie or soaps and chop away, just me and my cutting board. The fun dios and appetizers befire the main meal. yummmm I've just gone through a 1 year slump of "wip it together" at the last minute meals, baby #4 will do that to you. But I'm back in gear and ready to start experimenting and cooking fun stuff. When I was 17 years old I tried to make perogies from scratch and it all fell apart in the water so it was perogie soup i called it. It went in the trash. I never attempted it since and that was 15 years ago.
