Falafel I
Ugh. Perhaps it is my cooking skills, but I had a terrible time trying to keep the falafel balls together. We had falfel mush.

French Dip Sandwiches
We adore this french dip. I highly recommend making a day ahead. It tastes much more flavorful the second day. Not to mention you can defat the au jus after it chills.
