I am a mother of 2 kids, 4 year old son and a 9 month old daughter. I am soon to be engaged to my boyfriend who is in the military. I love to spend time with my family and find new and exciting dinners to cook and get the ratings from my family! I love to cook a good steak! Who doesn't? I also love throwing things together in a crock pot. I am more for comfort foods, but down to try anything new. My mom is a pro at making German pancakes! I need to learn, so it isnt a tradition yet. My mom is from Germany, so she will be a tough act to follow. When a new dish comes out fantastic because I always incorporate my own ingredients and twists on whatever I make! Um, mostly with cooking rice. Like whole grain and wild rice. I never seem to get it to the right texture, dont ask me why!
