I used the basic ingredients in this recipe, but didn't measure everything out and it still turned out great. I added much less lemon juice than the recipe called for, but I added the juice from one can plus quite a bit of water to get the right consistency. I also added some cumin. I'm taking it to a poker party tonight so I'm hoping it's a hit with everyone.

This is one of my staples. My husband asks me to make these whenever he has a potluck at work. They're delicious and so easy!
