Chuck's Molasses French Toast
Nice flavoring from the typical french toast. I like a bit more ginger and cinnamon

World's Best Lasagna
This was my first time making lasagna. After reading reviews I just added salt to taste and continued tasting as it simmered and added more of some seasonings as I thought necessary. I combined the "no boil" lasagna noodles with the regular kind for a great texture. I think adding spinach to the meat would make it tasty as well. Nicely done!

Cilantro Lime Grilled Tofu
I marinated with halfed cherry tomatoes as well as the tofu chunks, put them on skewers and grilled. Perfect!
