Delicious! And I always get tons of requests for the recipe! Instead of using the dry vermouth I use red-wine vinegar. It tastes wonderful! Thanks for the recipe!

Yummy! Next time I'll get shelled and deveined shrimp, but other than that it was real quick! I used Rotel because I didn't have the tomatoes..and dried basil since I didn't have fresh...and no white wine. I added lemon juice right at the very end and it was delicious. Thanks for this wonderful recipe! :)

This was delicious. I only had a bag of mixed greens, so I used that and I only had regular salad vinegar....and it turned out delicious! I even made more to bring for lunch! Thank you so much for this recipe. I don't have kids yet, but my husband was very pleased and my doggie loved the bites of bacon we gave her! :)
