Garlic Red Potatoes
This was a tasty dish. I will say much too much butter. Next time I will probably cut it in half. I added pepper, which it didn't call for, but I thought it definitely needed it. And I baked these at 400 covered for about 45 minutes, then uncovered under the broiler for 10-15 minutes.
