Chocolate Cherry Chip Cake
I made this cake for my daughter's 2nd birthday party and eveyone loved it so much that I had to bake another one for the family dinner the next night! The cake is wondeful and SO moist. I took the suggestion of lining the pan with waxed paper...the cake came out of the pan beautifully and was a breeze to decorate.

Mom's Oatmeal Blueberry Pancakes
My entire family RAVES about these pancakes. They request them all the time. We use quick cook oats and let the batter sit few a few minutes to thicken up before cooking and have never had any issues with runny batter.

Sunday Dinner Rolls
I'm not sure what the last person did wrong, but these rolls were great. I've never made rolls before (as a matter of fact I've never succesfully used yeast in anything before) and these were very easy and everyone LOVED them. I made them with half regular flour and half whole wheat flour (ran out of regular) and they were fabulous. I will be adding this recipe to my keep box!!! My husband said were never buying store bought/frozen rolls again!
