Chocolate Meringue Torte
This recipe was fairly easy, very good, and looked impressive. The hardest parts are keeping the meringue from cracking--so handle carefully--and cutting the cake--the layers want to slide. I made it twice and both times everyone loved it. Even with cracked meringue it looks good.
