Chicken Wing Dip
O.M.G.!!!!! This rules! I made some changes. I baked 3 very large chicken beasts w/ olive oil and hot sauce. The next day, I shredded it, placed it in a skillet covered w/ a whole bottle of Frank's hot sauce, and let it simmer for about 10 min. I used blue cheese dressing instead of ranch, and instead of hot sauce in the dip, I used 1 C. of hot wing sauce. I used 3/4 C. of shredded Colby-Jack cheese, and after baking I transferred to a crock pot. I served w/ Fritos and celery sticks. This was the hit of the party.

Russian Mushroom and Potato Soup
Some of the BEST potato soup I've ever had. I used fat-free sour cream and topped the soup w/ bacon bits, sour cream & cheese; as suggested. Really great w/ a good hearty fall beer & some good cast iron skillet corn bread.

Ramen Coleslaw
Very good!! I used a bag of broccoli slaw mix instead of cabbage, which made it very crunchy. Instead of the almonds, I used toasted sunflower seeds with the sesame seeds. Just a really fresh taste!
